Harbourside Motel

The location was fantastic. Walk out my back door to the boats. The rooms, very clean!! I enjoyed the rustic rooms When I checked in the front office reception. Funny, answered questions, easily. Dealt with a small problem with fantastic professionalism. I’ll be back next summer and will be booking with them, without a thought!! Thank you for the fantastic stay

The property and the area was very clean. Close to all amenities and super close to the Flowerpot island boat trip pick-up. The 1 July Canada day fireworks was just outside this motel. The rooms were very clean with 2 double beds. There were quite a few gas bbq for the guests to use which would be very useful if we knew beforehand. The linen, towels, etc were very clean and fresh. The only downside was I found it overpriced for what it was.

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights during the first week of September and I was so pleased with our experience! The price was more reasonable than another motel in the area that we were considering and service was wonderful. Upon booking, I received a text message and was able to easily communicate with the hospitality team with any questions or concerns from that point on. Early check-in was provided and the process was easy and seamless. We had a near family emergency and the motel was very supportive and willing to accommodate if our circumstances had changed. This really solidified the 5-star experience for me - incredibly warm and kind people! Room was fresh and clean and beds were very comfy! Maid service could be coordinated at the timing and convenience of guests. Convenient location within a 5-minute walk of the town business centre and across the street from Shipwreck Lee’s at the ferry dock. Whenever I’m lucky enough to return to Tobermory, this will be my motel of choice - thank-you!

Loved this place. Couldn't ask for more. Stayed for one night with family, we all liked the place. The self check-in and check out process is great. The room, kitchen and bathroom are clean. The kitchen in the room has everything that is required to prepare a good meal. The harbour view from the room is amazing. Appreciate the staff and management for doing great job in maintaining this place. Surely coming back again.
